1. Terms of Service

By purchasing and accessing Unlock Your Musician’s Ear (“the Course”), you agree to the terms below.

This course includes lifetime access to the current version of the program. “Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the course or platform—not the purchaser’s lifetime. If the course is ever retired or moved, reasonable notice will be provided.

Your purchase grants you one license for personal use only. Sharing login access, redistributing materials, or publicly posting course content is strictly prohibited.

By participating, you acknowledge that results vary depending on your effort, consistency, existing musicianship, and practice habits. No specific outcome is guaranteed.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not purchase or access the course.

2. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All videos, audio files, lesson content, downloadable materials, branding, images, and exercises are protected under copyright and intellectual property law.

You may:

-View lessons privately

-Download any included resources for personal use

-Apply the concepts in your own musicianship and learning

You may not:

-Reproduce, sell, or distribute the content

-Post lesson content publicly or share it with others

-Claim the content as your own or upload it to other platforms

-Violations may result in revoked access without refund and, if necessary, legal action.

3. Refund Policy (30-Day Guarantee)

Your purchase is backed by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

If after going through the lessons and attempting the exercises you feel the course is not a good fit, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method. After 30 days, no refunds will be granted.

4. Payments, Tax & Billing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. Sales tax may be applied at checkout depending on your location.

If a payment plan becomes available in the future, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to complete payments may result in paused access until the balance is resolved.
